What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior care partners to enroll new resident members and discuss plan benefits
- Educate members on the plan and provide high-quality customer service regarding eligibility, coverage, and claims
- Resolve member and provider issues, escalating unresolved concerns as necessary
- Market the plan to new senior care partners within the service area and identify key providers
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings in compliance with CMS and state guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Tennessee/Kentucky State Health Insurance License required
- Two-year associate/technical degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant experience in direct sales and account management
- Experience working with the senior population preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and effective communication skills
