Responsibilities:
- Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales
- Meet sales goals and metrics
- Interact with customers, business partners, and the community through various channels
- Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on services
- Offer additional products such as Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription
Required Qualifications:
- Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain
- Bilingual with fluency in English and Chinese, Korean, or Filipino
- Experience with multiple applications/software and multiple screens
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
- Reside in Manhattan, NY
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Life Insurance license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Additional Information:
- Language proficiency assessment may be required for non-English speakers
- Full-time associates enjoy a base salary with a competitive commission structure and a monthly guarantee
