      Membership Retention Specialist

      Hourly Rate: $17

      Location: West Plains, MO - Onsite

      This Retention Specialist’s primary focus is to retain active members and reinstate inactive member, while providing quality customer service.

      Responsibilities:

      • The Retention Specialist serves as the primary liaison and communication link with members handling their day-to-day membership issues including the management of member information – via phone, email correspondence, and online.
      • Researches and resolves complaints to ensure member satisfaction.
      • The Retention Specialist processes membership applications.
      • Updates and maintains the member database as required.
      • Consistently provides members with exceptional customer service.
      • Contributes to a team effort to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals.
      • Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
      • The Retention Specialist processes payments and balancing.

      A Successful Retention Specialist has:

      • Great customer service experience.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

      Minimum Required Qualifications:

      • High school diploma, or equivalent.
      • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
