- The Retention Specialist serves as the primary liaison and communication link with members handling their day-to-day membership issues including the management of member information – via phone, email correspondence, and online.
- Researches and resolves complaints to ensure member satisfaction.
- The Retention Specialist processes membership applications.
- Updates and maintains the member database as required.
- Consistently provides members with exceptional customer service.
- Contributes to a team effort to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals.
- Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- The Retention Specialist processes payments and balancing.
- Great customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
