Evaluates individuals’ mental, behavioral and emotional health
Conducts preliminary interviews and documents from initial consultation to the end of treatment
Develops appropriate intervention and treatment plans for individuals
Facilitates individual and group therapy sessions
Monitors progress throughout the treatment plan
Collaborates on intervention plans with other mental health specialists, doctors, nurses, and social workers
Follows up with psychiatrists and attending physicians for individuals admitted to the hospital
Identifies and works to prevent behaviors that impede recovery
Assists family members and primary caregivers in managing mental behavioral challenges
Master’s degree in a clinical discipline and must be registered, licensed, or certified to practice in Pennsylvania if the specific degree is governed by a licensing board
One (1) year of clinical experience working directly with individuals with mental illness
Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing support plans
Effective communication and proficient computer skills
Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a full time Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support for our Long-Term Structured Residence program. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will develop and assess Individualized Service Plans and provide behavioral support services to adults with mental health diagnoses. This position will supervise a team of direct care employees and work collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization and outside organizations to address the needs of the individuals in adherence with Keystone’s mission, vision, and values.
