      Role description:

      This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally.       As a BIM Manager, you will be part of our growing team in Global Excellence Centres (GEC) in Manila under one of our Global Business Areas - Places, which focuses on Buildings and Land Development. This role will be a People Manager to our amazing BIM professionals. You will be responsible for the implementation, management and delivery of BIM at a Business Unit Level including the line management and technical management of BIM resources. This role will proactively work with internal stakeholders to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

      Role accountabilities:

      • Work in collaboration with other design disciplines applying BIM solutions to ensure the integrity of the overall design
      • In a practitioner capacity is responsible for managing technical aspects of BIM production for major projects
      • Responsible for the quality of the deliverables and ensuring that the Arcadis and the project standards are followed
      • Apply the BIM processes and are capable of establishing and implementing a BIM Execution Plan (objectives, requirements and conditions) and a delivery strategy in conjunction with a client and delivery team
      • Promote Health& Safety good practice within team
      • Oversee the operational workload of the BIM resource including sub-contractors, ensuring BIM work is allocated appropriately and BIM resources are fully utilised
      • Ensure compliance with Arcadis BIM standards and national BIM standards
      • Deliver work that meet client and Arcadis requirements
      • Provide technical advice to team members, to support them in their delivery on the project and in their professional development
      • Identify and select appropriate technology solutions and provide relevant information to allow informed business decisions and the delivery of value
      • Compile and manage the resolution of technical software faults in conjunction with the IT team
      • Continuously review the optimal BIM related software
      • Present to Arcadis SeniorManagers to developtheir understanding aroundBIM and win support for new initiatives as part of the continual development of BIM
      • Typically assigned to provide a BIM management role on large, complex and multi-discipline projects
      • Manage BIM delivery across multiple projectsand across BusinessUnits
      • Promotes automation in all tasks to be done.
      • Considers sustainability in all works and projects
      • Create BIM execution plans for certain projects

      Qualifications & Experience:

      • Possess a degree in engineering, architecture or technical drafting
      • Have substantial relevant(production) experience in design, drafting or engineering and BIM
      • Have substantial experience with BIM Modelling of various design disciplines
      • Excellent Revit and Autocad skills
      • Knowledgeable Navisworks and clash detection
      • Minimum 10 years of experience working with Revit on BIM projects.
      • Fluent in writtenand spoken English is essential
      • Programming knowledge using C++, Python,Dynamo is an advantage
      • Relevant exposure in handling North America projects is an advantage
      • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skill
