      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage projects through all phases, ensuring adherence to building codes and company standards
      - Lead proposal efforts for clients and contribute to proposals for secondary markets
      - Develop and maintain strong client relationships through quality service and project delivery
      - Oversee the design team, providing mentorship and conducting team quality control (QC)
      - Engage with new clients and attend industry events to identify new business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing Design and Project Management
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain client relationships
      - Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
      - Ability to multitask and adapt to changing technologies, codes, and tools
      - Demonstrated passion for mentorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with complex mechanical systems in medical, K-12, commercial, and data center projects
      - Experience with proposal writing and client development
      - LEED certified professional
      - Degree in Mechanical Engineering
      - Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of California
