Job Description

- Total Experience: 5 to 8 Years
- At least 4+ years’ experience on Microsoft Teams / Skype for Business / Lync
- Experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365) technology architecture, frameworks, methodologies.
- Working knowledge on Ms Teams / Skype for Business online & On-Prem / Lync Enterprise Voice deployments
- Work with various business contact to assess the current PBX (Cisco Avaya, Nortel and Mitel)
- Requirements gathering for design, development and deployment of Microsoft Teams and enterprise voice
- Experience in High Level and Low-Level designing skills on Unified Communication, White paper creation, Research on Technology Trends and new solution, Solution Approach on UC Migration
- Working knowledge on multi-vendor Client’s - Session Border Controller and voice gateway experience (AudioCodes, / Cisco voice gateway)
- Working knowledge on IP- PBX’s (Cisco, Avaya, Mitel.) including SIP Trunks, PRI Trunks, and Analog gateways.
- Experience in Telephony migration from Cisco CUCM / CME to MS Teams Direct Routing and provide hyper care support.
- Experience in Ms Teams / Skype for Business administration
- Experience in Troubleshooting various deployment models for Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams
- Experience in migration support, ensuring the smooth planning, implementation, and cutovers of collaboration technology infrastructure and end user devices
- Experience in integrating Contact Center Solutions with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with the deployment of Virtualization technologies is required
- Knowledge of Voice Protocols such as RTP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, QoS for Voice/Video Networks
- Experience in Power Shell scripting for Skype for Business / Ms Teams administration
- Good Knowledge on Provisioning tools for Teams endpoints AudioCodes phones
- Good Knowledge on Active Directory, Azure AD, Data Networking
- Good Communication Skills (Presentation/Oral/Written)
