What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement self-sourced and inbound lead strategies to generate sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer compliance needs and position tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging product demos and create customized proposals that highlight the value of compliance solutions
- Navigate complex buying processes and build relationships with key stakeholders to expedite decision-making
- Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, focusing on the Mid Market segment (100-1,000 employees)
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Strong results-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
