What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute sales and/or marketing strategies aligned with revenue and brand objectives
- Own end-to-end go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, and campaign execution
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and upsell initiatives
- Lead demand generation and pipeline acceleration efforts across digital channels
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- 5-12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or relevant certifications
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong ability to interpret data and build business cases for improved performance
