      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, develop, manage, implement, and evaluate projects related to ministry initiatives
      - Collaborate with Directors, Conference, and local Churches to meet stakeholders' expectations
      - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
      - Create visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures and social media graphics
      - Provide administrative and project management support to executive leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, business administration, graphic design)
      - 3-5 years of experience in project management, graphic design, and communications within a ministry or non-profit setting
      - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
      - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Trello)
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in the Evangelical Covenant Church is a plus
