      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with clients to address follow-up items and outstanding issues
      - Collect, organize, and coordinate required loan documentation for mortgage applications
      - Draft and manage professional email communications and follow-up correspondence
      - Calculate and analyze income across various mortgage scenarios to assist clients
      - Track deadlines and proactively follow up with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of mortgage experience as a loan officer assistant, loan partner, or loan processor
      - Must be able to competently calculate income
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to going above and beyond
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Jungo and Arive is a plus
      - Must reside in the U.S. and be able to work PST hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NMLS license or training is desired but not required
      - Prior legal experience is a plus
