We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Loan Partner 2 (LP2) to manage borrower pre-qualification, pre-approvals, and pipeline execution for a high-performing mortgage team. If you have a passion for qualifying clients and want to be part of a great team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The LP2 role plays a critical role in ensuring loans are structured properly, communicated clearly, and closed on time.
This role works closely with the Loan Officer, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to maintain 95%+ on-time closings while delivering a concierge-level borrower and referral partner experience.

Qualifications
• An active NMLS license is required
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan officer assistant, processing, or origination experience
• Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
• Experience with major LOS platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management
• Ability to collaborate across departments
• Completion of regulatory and compliance training
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a PLUS!About the company
