      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a regional sales team to achieve MRD testing sales objectives, including revenue and expenses
      - Develop and execute regional business plans and sales strategies
      - Cultivate and maintain key customer relationships with target audiences
      - Conduct regional sales meetings to educate and enhance sales skills
      - Oversee the performance evaluation of Clinical Account Executives within the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry or commercial environment (pharmaceutical, diagnostics, research products) as a sales manager
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - Proven success in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent
      - Deep knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry, with a preference for MRD and Molecular Diagnostics experience
      - Ability to sell at the executive level and manage complex selling environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling oncology-based tests and services in clinical communities
      - Strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Demonstrated ability to engage in a consultative selling process and overcome objections
      - Positive attitude with a keen awareness of organizational growth and change dynamics
