- Contribute across all phases of Accenture projects (Discovery, Envision & Prepare, Construct & Evolve, Accept & Release)
- Leverage your Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design and Implement CRM solutions
- Lead the team in workshops, agile ceremonies and other client meetings
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Design and Configure Dynamics 365 CE Solutions
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
- Assist in sales activities and planning as required
- Work closely with our Accenture Microsoft Business Group Australia and off-shore teams.
- Travel as needed. You will be required to travel based on Project requirements.
- Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse, including a deep practical knowledge of configuring solutions (tables, forms, views, relationships, business rules, Flows, Power Fx, app-specific functionality such as SLAs)
- Experience with requirements management through Azure DevOps (or similar e.g. Jira)
- Experience in implementing Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and xRM solutions.
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- A solid understanding of Relational Database concepts.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- At least PL-200: Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Human Centred Design
- Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan.
- Consulting experience working with external clients.
- Ability to wear multiple hats on a project ranging from Business Analysis, Design, Testing and Training.
- Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business systems or related 7yrs+ experience in a related industry setting
- Contribute across all phases of Accenture projects (Discovery, Envision & Prepare, Construct & Evolve, Accept & Release)
- Leverage your technical expertise to Design and Implement enterprise grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions Lead development teams (both onshore and offshore), taking ownership of solution quality and driving best practice development approaches
- Provide direction to technical team members, such as developers, test leads, and release managers concerning solution design and approach
- Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
- Own the project’s technical design and solution development
- Work closely with our Accenture Microsoft Business Group Australia and off-shore teams
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
- Assist in sales activities and planning as required

- Contribute to the CRM Talent Community through knowledge sharing, and by mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues
- Advanced understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Deep experience in Dynamics 365 CE (i.e. Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing), Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
- Deep experience with configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API, Web Services, Azure Service Bus and SSIS.
- Experience building PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Experience implementing Azure DevOps with Dynamics 365 for CI/CD.
- Exposure to Azure Cognitive Services and RPA and Integration with Dynamics 365.
- A solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

As either our CRM Functional Lead or our Technical Lead, you’ll be utilising your in-depth knowledge to design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform based solutions to solve complex business problems. Our clients span medium to large enterprises.

1. CRM Functional Lead
Your day will be filled with variety as you lead the functional design of a solution, elicit and refine requirements, identify fit-gaps, imagine and build solutions, and be there for our clients with their go-live experience.
This is a highly visible carrying a fair amount of influence. As the first point of contact for the product owner and critical client stakeholders, you are smack-bang in the middle of all the action. Your understanding of how to use the Microsoft Power Platform to solve business challenges and ability to articulate the business value of your solutions underpins your credibility as you lead a team of consultants, business analysts and testers as they engage with the client through various channels.
