      DESCRIPTION:
      We seek a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Team Leader to guide and develop a team of maintenance professionals while ensuring optimal performance of production equipment. In this role, you'll support equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Working collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams, you'll implement preventive maintenance programs, resolve complex issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Your technical expertise and leadership will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and safety while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

      REQUIREMENTS:
      • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or medical device
      • Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Technical field, or related discipline
      • Technical certifications in industrial maintenance, controls, or related fields preferred
      • 2+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams and operations
      • Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and controls systems including PLC programming and HMI configuration
      • Proficiency with CMMS software (SAP, Maximo) and maintenance planning systems
      • Experience with GMP compliance and documentation requirements strongly preferred
      • Advanced problem-solving skills for complex automated equipment and control systems
      • Knowledge of HVAC, clean utilities, and facility infrastructure systems
      • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance procedures
      • Strong project management and organizational skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, 5S)
      • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in manufacturing environments
      • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends as needed
      • Experience leading safety initiatives and compliance programs
      • Must be able to work in cleanroom environments and use required PPE
