What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accelerate the growth of the Bruder Healthcare business through the management of Strategic National Account Channels
- Prospect and develop new Strategic National Account groups within the retail and professional channels
- Manage existing portfolio of Strategic National Accounts and develop cross-functional relationships with key departments
- Execute account-specific strategies and programs to drive sales and market share
- Maintain effective account management and customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in Ophthalmic Strategic/National Accounts
- Extensive relationships with ophthalmic key opinion leaders
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail channels, professional sales and marketing, brand strategies, and competitive products
- Ability to collaborate and influence across functions
- Experience in driving initiatives across company/franchises
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team interaction skills
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Ophthalmic Strategic/National Accounts
- Knowledge of the eyewear/eye care industry
