      The BJ's National Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between Church & Dwight and BJ's Wholesale Club, responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic account management, trade optimization, and collaborative partnerships. This role leads the development and execution of account-specific strategies while ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.

      Remote with preference given to candidates in the Boston, MA area.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Strategic Account Management:

      • Develop and execute comprehensive annual business plans aligned with both Church & Dwight and BJ's strategic objectives

      • Drive P&L performance through effective management of sales, trade spending, and profit goals

      • Lead financial management including Siebel forecasting, trade investment optimization, deduction management, and SG&A oversight

      • Analyze syndicated data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize category performance

      Customer Partnership:

      • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key BJ's stakeholders across merchandising, operations, planning, and retail media teams

      • Lead joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews with BJ's leadership

      • Negotiate promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to drive mutual growth

      • Ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and retail programs

      Cross-Functional Leadership:

      • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Strategy, RGM, Analytics & Insights, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to drive integrated account strategies

      • Partner with demand planning to optimize inventory management and service levels

      • Work with retail media teams to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives

      • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior management

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree required

      • 4-6 years of progressive sales experience in CPG industry

      • Demonstrated track record of delivering growth in customer development role

      • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Syndicated data analysis, Trade promotion management systems

      • Experience presenting to and influencing senior retail executives

      • Strong negotiating, financial acumen, and P&L management skills

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Prior experience in club channel sales

      • Understanding of club channel dynamics and operations

      • Experience with category management principles and analytical analysis

      Travel:

      Travel = 25%
