What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute account plans and brand strategies for Kroger and Albertson's divisions
- Create trade promotion and shopper marketing plans to drive sales velocities
- Build positive business relationships with customers, broker partners, and internal teams
- Lead customer business development, contract negotiations, and sales calls
- Monitor monthly outbound shipments, POS consumption sales, and develop volume forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 7+ years of experience in CPG sales, national account management, or trade management
- Previous experience working with Kroger preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated market data tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in joint business planning and trade marketing management
- Strong background in category management and analysis
- Proficiency in Circana, Nielsen POS, and panel data tools
