What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed revenue and lead generation performance goals set by the VP of NBD Sales
- Identify and prospect key decision-makers of regional and national accounts in target industries
- Conduct a minimum of 3 face-to-face or video conference meetings with decision-makers each month
- Manage CRM and prospecting process, entering all contact and activity information daily
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate qualified National Account leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7-10 years of national sales experience in a B2B sales industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Proven track record of selling $3+ million in annual sales within the services sector
- Experience with RFI and RFP processes from start to finish
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Janitorial and maintenance experience preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build consensus and relationships
- Experience sourcing and working leads independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems
