      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for large automotive dealerships using AI products
      - Act as the quarterback for a regional territory of the largest automotive customers, including 2-3 onsite dealership visits per week
      - Guide dealerships through their AI transformation while addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations
      - Proactively engage with customers during the renewal process to secure renewals and drive customer retention
      - Develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Located in the Boston, MA area
      - Minimum of 5+ years of customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management experience
      - Demonstrated experience in maximizing customer retention
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer challenges effectively
      - Ability to confidently communicate with customers at all levels, including CEOs and VPs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of automotive experience
      - Experience and enthusiasm for everything AI
      - 3+ years of B2B software experience
      - Consistent over-achievement in past and current positions
      - Scored in the top 10% in performance reviews for the past 3 years
