  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Prepare, compile, and audit closing documents for accuracy and compliance with loan approvals and regulatory disclosures
  - Coordinate with internal teams, title companies, vendors, and borrowers to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing and funding
  - Review signed closing documents and approve funding in accordance with transaction terms
  - Perform post-closing audits, including auditing files, resolving discrepancies, and clearing unexpected liens
  - Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and federal lending regulations while delivering exceptional customer service
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma required
  - 3-5 years of practical experience in closing, underwriting, processing, or real estate documentation within a financial institution or title company
  - SAFE Act registration required through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
  - Strong understanding of RESPA/TILA compliance and loan origination processes
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  - Proficiency in home equity origination systems/platforms
  - Proven ability to resolve complex issues and manage multiple priorities
  - Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
