      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate and nurture partnerships with community colleges and higher education institutions to drive enrollment
      - Execute virtual marketing initiatives and expand outreach within the academic community
      - Maintain structured tracking of partnership activities and commitments related to enrollment initiatives
      - Collaborate with marketing teams to create and update program materials that highlight student success
      - Leverage CRM tools to manage partner relationships and ensure accurate data tracking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience with CRM and email operations
      - Strong interpersonal and time management skills
      - Ability to travel regionally as needed (up to 20%)
      - Commitment to learning and developing skills in a remote work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consultative outreach, including cold calling and relationship-building
      - Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools for engaging academic stakeholders
      - Knowledge of higher education structures and funding models
      - Ability to manage multiple partnership campaigns simultaneously
      - Experience in developing program pathways and documentation for student success
