      Job Description

      Should be reside in New York Metropolitan area, work location is in White Plains, NY. At least 2-3 days onsite work is needed.


      Job summary· Work with the Product Owner and Squad members to operate the production network. · Contribute to planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities. · Knowledge and experience in Agile project/product management methodologies

      Roles & Responsibilities · Have working (configure and troubleshoot) experience on a breadth of technologies e.g. LAN, WAN, MPLS, Firewall etc. · Ability to assess the network requirements and suggest recommendations based on the requirements to management · Design, deploy and support edge networks, utilizing industry best practices Cisco IOS and SD-WAN platforms. · Create and develop functional requirements of network systems to improve quality, performances, external interfaces, and constraints. · Design, develop and implement network, systems, review implementation of network projects and evaluate effectiveness, make recommendations. · Maintain and monitor all network systems to meet the current and future requirements, using monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds). · Monitor network systems, analyze incidents and identify performance issues proactively for new project requirement analysis. · Express Product Backlog items to the Development Team, revie and ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear. Project Management Certifications, CCNP, or equivalent certification is a plus. · Experience in Incident/Service and/or Project Management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, JIRA etc.) ·
