      TraceLink seeks a talented individual who has a strong balance of interpersonal and technical skills to join the Network Success Team. As a Network Success Manager you will be working in an innovative environment and pioneering a new method of data sharing. The Network Success Managers work with trade partners (suppliers and customers that electronically exchange data with the TraceLink customers) within our network to ensure data is shared successfully. This multi-faceted role provides education to trade partners, manages relationships with the trade partner through emails and calls, works with the trade partner’s B2B connection and assists with data mapping and testing to ensure successful transactions between parties.

      The opportunity:

      • Build relationship with customers and suppliers within the network by providing great service and delivering messages that support the needs of our customers

      • Educate partners on network functionality

      • Maintain integrity of the network and acts as primary point of contact for trade partners

      • Manage high value projects in all stages of implementation

      • Present ideas that will help continuously improve processes and solve difficult problems

      • Able to execute quick and insightful analysis of data files to determine the best solution

      What qualifies you:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

      • Experience with MS Office suite

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of management

      • Excellent organizational and time management skills

      • Leadership skills with demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to work in highly cross-functional, globally diverse organizations

      • Proven track record of sustaining, growing and managing relationships

      • Strong critical thinking skills when faced with new scenarios, ability to see issues though to a resolution

      • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with line management systems

      • Experience with data mapping, B2B connections and file transfer testing

      • Ability to read and work in XML, SAP IDOC, X12

      • Experience in a SaaS environment

      • Additional language is a plus
