      Position Summary: Network / Cloud Operations Engineer

      Supervisory Responsibilities: This position includes responsibility of managing, supporting, and monitoring LAN/WAN/Cloud/Firewall/Wireless Networking environments and respective tools.

      Job Responsibilities: Responsible of the Network Operation and Support in specified region(s)

      • Support architecture and design for LAN/WAN/Cloud/Firewall/Wireless Network environment
      • Configure, test, maintain and implement new LAN/WAN/Cloud/Firewall/Wireless Network technologies.
      • Supporting network and cloud network environment, incorporating best practices
      • Maintain and continuously improve Network / Cloud Security capabilities
      • Working with network and cloud technology suppliers, resellers and contractors
      • Ability to collaborate with a diverse, globally distributed team
      • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, fast-paced projects
      • Must have the ability to learn quickly and comprehend many technical and business concepts
      • Ability to visualize project impact, understand the effects on IT and the business, and the changes that may be required

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Experience managing complex network and cloud environments in a global footprint
      • Experience working with network technologies and projects
      • Experience working with Cloud network topologies and projects
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under high stress with consistency and accuracy
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, globally disparate team
      • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading, writing and speaking
      • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
      • Experience with wide variety of technology hardware, software and troubleshooting
      • Capable of multi-tasking and self-direction to meet goals
      • Solid quantitative skills and strong data analysis skills
      • Strong emphasis on quality and keen attention to detail required
      • Very good communication and interpersonal skills

      Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

      • Total IT experience should be at least 6 years
      • REQUIRED 5+ years hands on experience in Network Infrastructure – local, wide and global area network.
      • Experience in planning, supporting and implementing LAN / WAN / SDWAN / Wireless technologies within a large environment.

      Experience in Managing Complex Firewall Environment, Experience in Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower Platforms Preferred.

      • Experience in Managing Campus Wireless Infrastructure consisting of Cisco WLC, Meraki, Aruba Preferred.
        • REQUIRED 1+ years hands on experience in Cloud Infrastructure Support - AWS, Azure
        • Working Knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPv4 and (IPv6 preferred)
        • REQUIRED Ability to manage fast-paced environment under high stress with consistency and accuracy
      • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or 5+ years in a Network Support Environment
      • AWS Certified Solutions Associate (Preferred)
      • REQUIRED:
        • ITIL framework processes and activities
        • Monitoring and Control
        • IT Operations
