      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives using both in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective communication and resource management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales disposition
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
      - Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
