What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives
- Manage promotional resources and budget effectively
- Uphold ethical standards in compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, SAP, Veeva)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
