      Skills Required:

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS or similar field is required
      • Experience in implementing New Relic
      • Knowledge on Servers, Databases, Kubernetes, API’s
      • Hands on experience on the administration side of -Application/Infrastructure/Network monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Elastic stack
      • Scripting experience with Python/ Shell/ Perl/ UNIX/ Java Script
      • Solid Oracle/ SQL Server / My SQL / DB2 experience
      • Understanding of web application technologies including .NET/ C # / C++ / Java is required
      • Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including system, storage, networking, security, and their role in an enterprise architecture
      • Experience in implementing & supporting tools infrastructure for large-scale enterprise monitoring center
      • Previous experience working with a Scrum team

      Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Configuring of New Relic as an Application Performance Management (APM) solution
      • Planning, supporting and responsible for creating and implementing system monitoring that will drive to improve the performance and reliability of the applications
      • Design & Setup of New dashboards, SLO’s in New Relic
      • Implement and execute a strategy to patch and upgrades including verification
      • Work with the stakeholders, product owners, scrum masters, and SME's to analyze requirements and provide recommendations
      • Working with members of the infrastructure and development teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet monitoring needs of new and existing products and services
      • Apply industry best practices to fine-tuning process and best practices/standards framework activities
      • Effectively collaborate with business team members to answer questions and clarify expectations around requirements and delivery of functionality.
