Job Description

- Carry out the hotels Guest Relations policy.
- Clean & Polish Glassware
- Ensure Linen is distributed at Night
- Complete Fire Safety Walks
- Energy Management walks
- To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the premises.
- To observe all safety rules and procedures.
- To report and, where possible, take action on incidents of accident, fire loss or damage.
- Check windows throughout the hotel that they are securely locked.
- Check with all the guests in the bar for late drinks.
- 4 am walk around the hotel and collect all the breakfast cards
- Light the fire at 6.15am.
- Check all wake up calls are answered.
- Check the restrooms in the lobby that the bins are emptied and that all sinks and urinal areas are spotless.
- Pass over any information from the night to the receptionist on duty
