- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Develop and execute realistic, data-driven go-to-market plans, product assortments, and forecasts in collaboration with sales management.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Focus on new business acquisition while maintaining and growing your current book of business (approximately 50% of your time dedicated to each).
- Manage the buy-sell-replenish cycle with retail partners, ensuring product availability, timely deliveries, and strong relationships.
- Introduce and promote new Superfeet products to both existing and new accounts during pre-book windows.
- Balance merchandising needs with Superfeet's product placement objectives to drive growth and brand consistency.
- Use PowerBI, SPS Commerce, Cadence UQ, and other sales tools to track and analyze key metrics, sales performance, and trends.
- Qualify leads, track opportunities, and maintain a healthy pipeline through CRM, ensuring all sales activities are documented accurately.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently optimizing your approach based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Care) to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Partner with the Field Experience & Relationships (FXR) team for technical sales support, ensuring the right guidance is provided on product selection and application.
- Support and contribute to team success by embracing new assignments, learning new skills, and helping teammates achieve their goals.
- Travel regionally and nationally to visit accounts, attend tradeshows, and participate in consumer events, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to travel.
- Coordinate and attend in-store events, expos, and corporate functions to maximize brand presence and customer engagement.
- Develop an efficient travel schedule, ensuring consistent account visits and maintaining relationships across your territory.

- Industry Expertise: Proven ability to develop and maintain industry relationships across multiple channels.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, especially while on the road.

- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and nonverbal communication skills for effective relationship-building.
- Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Retail Math & Sales Analytics: Ability to interpret sales data and leverage it to drive growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail or wholesale (experience in the sporting goods or footwear industry is a plus).
- CRM: Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Industry Experience: Experience in sporting goods, fitness, wellness, or athletics is a plus, with specific knowledge in footwear or foot biomechanics a strong advantage.

As a Territory Sales Representative at Superfeet, you will drive sales, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the brand's growth across your territory. This role will focus on both acquiring new business and maintaining/expanding existing accounts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service, product positioning, and long-term client success.

Qualifications:
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (DOE) plus sales target and company bonus
Territory: North Carolina - your designated territory may extend outside of North Carolina into neighboring states
