What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for the direction of all clinical services, including nursing and CHHA
- Supervising care and services, including orientation, training, and competencies
- Assisting with agency Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program
- Assisting with On Call as needed
- Assisting Agency Administrator with other operational duties as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- BSN in Nursing and 2 yrs combined public health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities; OR
- RN in good standing having 3 yrs combined in public health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 yrs nursing experience in home care/home health with 1 yr of supervisory experience
- Current license as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
