Develop and implement effective care plans and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
Manage and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient charts and staff evaluations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
