      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement advanced techniques in vehicle autonomy
      - Collaborate with team members and external researchers on innovative projects
      - Transfer research findings to product groups to enable new products and prototypes
      - Produce deliverables such as patents and original research publications
      - Engage in research across various domains related to autonomous vehicles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
      - Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Python, C++, CUDA, and Deep Learning Frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
      - Strong research background with publications in top conferences
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Experience with large-scale model training is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Research experience in areas such as Next-Generation AV Architectures, Novel Policy Training Strategies, or Inference Efficiency
      - Familiarity with multi-modal sensor fusion and perception models
      - Knowledge of safety-critical AI systems and methods for model explainability
      - Experience with digital twins and behavior modeling in autonomous systems
      - Understanding of benchmarking for autonomous vehicles
