      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage Oncology Specialists and key experts to deliver clinical messages and drive product goals
      - Collaborate with various partners to address customer needs and develop strategies aligned with corporate objectives
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists
      - Conduct market profiling to understand healthcare delivery systems and payer dynamics
      - Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the Oncology account team for effective execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus
      - Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, preferably with NSCLC experience
      - Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required
      - Current account management experience in large Oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks
      - Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC therapeutic area and current marketplace dynamics
