      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Project Manager with planning, programmatic, financial management, and budgetary activities
      - Track and prepare responses to an increased number of taskers across multiple databases
      - Coordinate with the Product Office and functional divisions to prepare necessary responses and staff actions
      - Interface directly with other analysts, engineers, and relevant Army contacts for task execution and reviews
      - Adhere to AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts, or a related field is preferred
      - High School Diploma with 13 years of relevant experience is minimally required
      - Familiarity with Army staff coordination, staffing channels, and tasker handling
      - Strong understanding of Army program office processes and PEO Aviation database operations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

      - Experience with the technical aspects of Army programs, including procedures, analysis, operations, and support activities
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and monitor assignments
