      Brink's is currently looking for a Operations Finance Manager

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide comprehensive performance results, key insights to inform the organization on results and forecast future outcomes.

      • Analyze historic performance to understand root-cause of issues and support improvement efforts going-forward; proactively perform forward-looking analysis and identify areas of improvement for management attention.

      • Prepare monthly and quarterly cash and working capital results communications and analysis for senior leadership and other key stakeholders

      • Develop, define, and harmonize working capital KPIs and standard work across the organization.

      • Play an active role in strategy development and be actively involved in company projects with a view to improving cash and working capital performance.

      • Support development of working capital and cash models used for results explanations as well as forecasting and scenario planning to drive continuous improvement in cash forecasting.

      • Support the management incentive process through the development of cash flow targets and measurement of results.

      • Define along with process leads and finance leaders potential working capital opportunities and execution plans and communication to internal stakeholders.

      • Support strategy deployment including development of financial targets, KPIs and reporting processes.

      • Support Lean activities to ensure optimum efficiencies are achieved, cost-out opportunities identified, and the financial impact accurately recorded.

      • Provide support for the implementation of best practices as it relates to financial planning and analysis including processes, systems, tools, and techniques.

      • Responsible serving as a mentor and coach within the function

      • Strong functional user of FP&A financial systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues and guide the direction of system changes in support of achieving reporting objectives.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience

      • Bachelor’s Degree

      • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

      • Experience with financial systems, such as Oracle EPM (FCC, PBC, HFM, Essbase and SmartView) or Oracle EBS

      • CPA or MBA designation.

      • Experience with a global organization

      • Experience in a manufacturing environment

      Professional Skills:

      • Strong business and financial acumen

      • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

      • Financial systems experience with ability to reconcile information from multiple sources

      • Coaching and development of others

      • FP&A, financial reporting & consolidating experience

      • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills

      • Effectively leverage functional and cross-functional resources to solve problems, improve processes and meet objectives

      • Effectively drives and manages change, challenges the status quo and champions new and innovative ideas
