  What part will you play? For our Industry Sector in Kartal, we are looking for Operations Lead of Sustainability & Efficiency Services Group having mainly the following service portfolio: · As part of a Sustainability & Efficiency Services Group operation team, you will work productively with Group and Sub-Group Managers of Value Services, Engineering Experts and Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces, · Responsible for the operation of all energy efficiency consultant portfolio in Siemens, for the Siemens DI CS to be delivered successfully and provide value to the customer · Identify and pursue business development opportunities with clients from abroad in collaboration with senior management, · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from abroad, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, · Collaborate with clients to identify their sustainability and efficiency needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs. · Perform and manage energy audits, ISO 50001 EnMS consultancy activities and perform energy manager trainings as a trainer, · Identification and analysis of global ESCO market trends, EnPC models and retrofit solutions, · Engage with customers and prospects to gather high level customer business and technical requirements, understand existing information and determine customer needs as part of the service delivery, · Enabling a systematic development of expert knowledge with regard to focus industries and consulting topics, · Representing the organization within internal & external networks, · Generating leads and developing opportunities systematically together with sales team What you need to make real what matters. · 10+ years of work experience in engineering (5+ years in energy efficiency consultancy services) · University degree in Engineering, · Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
