      Our team helps clients reduce costs and cycle times while providing game-changing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern planning and reporting applications. Creating a well-controlled platform for growth and increased regulatory requirements through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle’s modern consolidation, account reconciliation and data management applications.

      Job Requirements and Preferences :

      Basic Qualifications :

      Minimum Degree Required:
      Bachelor Degree

      Minimum Years of Experience:
      8 year(s) with client facing Oracle Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.

      Preferred Qualifications :

      Degree Preferred:
      Bachelor Degree

      Preferred Fields of Study:
      Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems

      Certification(s) Preferred:

      • Oracle Cloud EPM certifications, such as:
        • EPBCS
        • FCCS
        • ARCS
        • EDMCS
        • CPA

      Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

      Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in:

      • The development of organizational options for strategic financial planning, including the design of financial and operational metrics to match with strategic plans.
      • Consulting with performance management design and providing professional services in connection with implementation, including a proven track record of consulting clients on the common issues facing their industry.
      • Leading significant financial system implementations, including ERP EPM, , expense management, and business intelligence solutions. Cloud and on-premise implementations are appropriate.
      • Identifying and addressing client needs, developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
      • Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
