Job Title: Oracle Solution Architect (CX)
Location : Detroit, MI and anywhere in the US TCS onsite locations.
Experience: 10-14 Years of experience
Job Description:
Lead Consulting, Business Development and Solution Architecting across manufacturing customers using the Oracle Ecosystem in United States for Customer Experience domain.
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate / execute a cloud project strategy,
2. Define Cloud architecture – either for Private or Hybrid or Public Cloud based solutions - to support specific requirements and be a part of the end-to-end solution development team,
3. Understand how to integrate Public Cloud Providers services (IaaS/PaaS) into the overall solution framework,
4. Understand how to design and build SaaS extensions,
5. Partner with other solution architects to assess solution alignment to the overall architectural blueprint and drive proposal writing, solution direction etc.,
6. Own overall Cloud Solution Delivery,
7. Act as transition delivery manager/focal point to grant a smooth ramp up of the transformation to the Cloud.
Qualifications:
Prior work experience with Client, Client, Infosys, PwC, Inspirage etc. is preferred. Extensive experience with Oracle Suite of Products including Cloud Stack is needed.
Preferred certification – Oracle SaaS Cloud Products (CX/CRM), Graduate/Postgraduate with any other professional qualification. Prior experience with Oracle EBS R12, Oracle CRM/CX Cloud (Marketing, Sales, CPQ, Commerce, Service, Subscription Cloud), End to End understanding of Oracle ERP Applications Suite
