      Job Title: Order Selector - Day Shift

      Job Description

      As an Order Selector, you play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse freezer and fridge environment, following safety and quality standards while maintaining productivity.

      Responsibilities

      • Follow all food safety and company quality guidelines.
      • Use a voice-directed system to locate and select products.
      • Accurately label cases to assist drivers and maintain order integrity.
      • Verify product type and quantity, ensuring items are in good condition.
      • Build stable pallets and deliver them to the correct staging area.
      • Secure pallets with shrink wrap for safe transport.
      • Maintain consistent speed and accuracy to meet productivity goals.
      • Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
      • Keep work areas clean and audit-ready.
      • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

      Essential Skills

      • Skilled in operating an electric rider pallet jack.
      • Ability to stack products safely based on weight and fragility.
      • Strong attention to detail when reading product labels and locations.
      • Basic math skills and ability to read English accurately.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Familiarity with voice-directed picking systems.
      • Experience operating electric pallet jacks.
      • Proven ability to build mixed-product pallets efficiently and securely.

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
