      Overview:
      Develops and delivers organizational change management strategies and plans for medium-sized projects with moderate to large change impacts. Working with other change management resources, may support higher priority projects. Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Drives faster employee adoption and long-term change sustainability. Supports change management at the Bank-wide level by facilitating the advancement of change management methodologies, capabilities and skills.

      Primary Responsibilities:
      Apply structured change management approach and tools to develop change strategies and plans to support the adoption and value realization of medium-to-large-scale, complex change initiatives.
      Serve as primary liaison to the change sponsor, project manager, overall project team, and stakeholders; provide guidance to enhance change effectiveness.
      Oversee multiple change project schedules, associated budgets, and resources; integrate change management activities and tasks into project plan.
      Build and maintain a variety of mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships that advance change management effectiveness especially at senior leadership levels and with external partners.
      Conduct and analyze a variety of assessments including stakeholder assessment, change impact analyses, and change readiness.
      Identify, analyze and develop tactics to mitigate change barriers and resistance and enable change readiness.
      Engage and coach senior leaders on effective change leadership.
      Direct or complete the development, delivery and management of communications. Work with corporate and line of business communications teams as needed.
      Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs or learning resources. Work with Learning & Development teams.
      Define and measure business readiness and success metrics and monitor change progress. Gather qualitative and quantitative data through survey development, focus groups, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms.
      Develop and facilitate the implementation of change sustainability and business transition plans.
      Adapt to new projects and stakeholders when the subject matter is unfamiliar.
      Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
      Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the *** brand.
      Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
      Complete other related duties as assigned.
