What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize, manage, facilitate, and measure the efficacy of the onboarding program for new hires on the Outreach team
- Assess for gaps and opportunities to improve rep effectiveness and develop training initiatives accordingly
- Collaborate with Outreach leadership to tailor initiatives to the team's needs and identify optimization opportunities
- Regularly audit training materials for accuracy and relevance
- Partner with marketing materials vendors to ensure new hires have access to ample resources during and after onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement
- Experience in a fast-paced behavioral health or mission-driven organization is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building content such as slides, video, and long-form text for a sales or Outreach team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute tasks in a timely manner
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Passion for behavioral healthcare
