      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a sales plan to attract new customers and maintain existing accounts
      - Manage territory and projected sales while building and maintaining business relationships
      - Conduct full cycle prospecting activities, including lead qualification, cold calls, and sales presentations
      - Regularly make in-person sales calls to both existing customers and new prospects
      - Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or engineering, OR a 2-year technical degree in an industrial discipline, mechanics, or related field is preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in selling repair services for electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components
      - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment in mobile and industrial machinery
      - Proficiency in using CRM tools and resources for time and territory management
      - Strong computer skills, particularly in relevant software
