What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a sales plan and prospect list to capture new business in the assigned territory
- Conduct full cycle sales activities including lead qualification, cold calls, sales presentations, and closing sales
- Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to effectively manage time and territory
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
- Engage in customer visits, requiring driving, standing, and lifting items up to 50 lbs as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or a 2-year technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of industrial sales experience, preferably in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight as needed
