      Description

      Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta + Creative)

      We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation. This role is responsible for building, launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable business results.

      This is not just a media buying role. The ideal candidate must also be able to develop ad angles, write compelling ad copy, and collaborate on or create ad creatives that improve conversion performance.

      The right candidate is analytical, proactive, organized, and performance-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where speed, testing, and accountability matter.

      Responsibilities

      Paid Media Management
      • Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
      • Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
      • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, CPL, CPA, booked consultations, and ROAS
      • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
      • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily pacing
      • Monitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations
      • Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly

      Creative Strategy & Copywriting
      • Write high-converting ad copy for Google and Meta
      • Develop creative concepts, hooks, and messaging angles
      • Collaborate with the marketing team on image, video, and UGC creatives
      • Create basic creatives using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express
      • Test variations of creatives, headlines, and CTAs
      • Align ads with landing pages and funnel strategy

      Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
      • Implement and manage tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
      • Ensure accurate tracking of leads, calls, and conversions
      • Analyze performance and provide actionable reports
      • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
      • Maintain campaign documentation and reporting

      Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Work with creative, content, intake, and web teams
      • Support landing page optimization (CRO)
      • Coordinate campaign launches, assets, and timelines
      • Identify and scale high-performing campaigns

      Qualifications

      Required:
      • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
      • 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
      • Proven success in generating leads with measurable ROI
      • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
      • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting
      • Experience writing high-converting ad copy
      • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
      • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
      • Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns
      • Strong organization and time management skills
      • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

      Preferred:
      • Google Ads certifications
      • Experience in legal marketing or service-based businesses
      • Experience creating ad creatives
      • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
      • Bilingual English/Spanish (plus)
      • Experience with CRM attribution, call tracking, and lead quality analysis
