Be the primary point of contact for clients within the iProspect Paid Social team and between the social media team, the iProspect client servicing team, and other opco’s where applicable.
Fully understand client business objectives / communication objectives and ensure these are translated into meaningful platform strategies.
Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings, including status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs etc.
Develop and foster an effective working relationship with our partners at Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and emerging social/content amplification platforms.
Be responsible for the development of members of your team, including the setting of personal objectives and performance reviews.
Actively mentor and empower your team to increase quality and performance on your clients
Be responsible for the delivery of revenue across the clients within your team and pursue all potential cross sell / up sell opportunities
Be responsible for the timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of campaign spend / income by your team to ensure suppliers are paid on time, and clients are invoiced on time
Working closely with the Paid Social partner to develop a road map for the client and future proofing their paid social strategy.
Ensure your team monitors daily delivery and performs regular optimisation of all campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages, etc) based on agreed campaign KPIs
Contribute towards new business RFPs, case studies and pitches as required
Actively contribute as a leader for product workstreams and strategic projects
Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of social media, online video, and digital marketing
Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets
Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences.
Articulate presenter, with the ability to present to senior clients and internal agency teams, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action based upon it
Highly commercial - selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisor
Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills alongside diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
Good understanding of planning social campaigns across the various mechanisms, channels and buying models
Practical expertise in Biddable Activation on Facebook and Twitter, especially self-service biddable platforms.
Strategic knowledge on growing not only clients output but commercially minded in growing iProspect revenue
