      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide critical support for Assistant Attorneys General in litigation matters
      - Analyze facts, compose legal documents and pleadings, and conduct witness interviews
      - Research legal issues and evaluate facts of cases to prepare for trial
      - Coordinate litigation preparations and track case status from summons to trial
      - Draft legal notices and assist with court filing procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of three years of experience through paralegal certification, a two-year paralegal degree, or paraprofessional experience in support of an attorney
      - Knowledge of paralegal processes and procedures
      - Experience with state and federal court filing procedures
      - Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and case management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated knowledge of court systems, such as Odyssey and JIS/JABS
      - Ability to problem-solve and implement decision-making skills in daily work assignments
      - Experience multi-tasking and shifting priorities effectively
      - Capability to work independently while researching and complying with state and agency policies
