What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the administration of the Paralegal Program firmwide, ensuring high-quality legal support
- Lead and manage paralegals to deliver excellent service to stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic objectives and process improvements
- Facilitate paralegal hiring, onboarding, and transitions to maintain team effectiveness
- Monitor productivity and develop reporting methodologies related to performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the legal or Financial Services & Capital Markets sectors
- Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in corporate, regulatory, or fiduciary litigation matters
- Strong judgment, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
