The Parkview Onboarding Analyst will work with ParkView customers, sales leadership, product management and engineering services to ensure that customers are walked through the steps of implementing ParkView proactive fault detection service. This position will make certain all Park Place Customer adoption steps are scheduled, effectively delivered, and confirmed, while analyzing processes. The role requires a strong degree of self-motivation, discipline, excellent communication, and knowledge of Park Place Sales, product management and field operations intersections.
What you’ll be doing:
· Owns the standard processes and best practices to bring clients onboard and online with ParkView in the stipulated timeframe.
· Manages the technical processes and facilitates communication between Park Place, the customer, and Engineering Services.
· Understands the requirements for and delivering ParkView product and service solutions.
· Maintains a high level of process quality and consistency as well as builds a trusted relationship with the customer.
· Monitors performance on key accounts, resolves issues and escalates trouble spots as needed.
· Drafts and prepares internal processes and procedures that integrate ParkView client onboarding with a superior customer implementation experience.
· Communicates with ParkView leadership and technical resources on a daily basis on the status of implementation matters.
· Assist clients with subjects relating to the best possible customer experience.
· Verifies and manages data entry, performs analytics and order completion through to end user satisfaction.
· Provides training, guidance and quality outcomes with regard to ParkView customer onboarding.
· Provides routine and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as requested.
· Keeps abreast of internal ParkView onboarding related issues on a national and international level.

· Solid written and verbal communication skills
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
