      What We Need

      Corpay is currently looking to hire a Partner Manager within our Fleet & Vehicle payments division. This position falls under our Travelcard line of business and is located in Almere. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing the biggest partners/resellers of Travelcard products with the aim of keeping them happy and expanding Travelcard’s partnership with them. You will also aim to enhance our offerings through these partners by focusing on volume growth and reselling value-added services. Another critical element of this role is to make sure Travelcard executes the top 10 reseller/customer contracts to the detail. This includes setting of account plans, quarterly business reviews and internal reporting and alignment sessions. Building out the partnership through offering several value-added services is key to strengthen the partnership and increase Travelcard’s revenue and volumes from it. Alongside focusing on volume and revenue growth, making sure these partners are true advocates of Travelcard. You will report directly to our Team Manager Commercial Support and regularly collaborate with sales, finance and business support teams.

      As a Partner Manager you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

      Role Responsibilities

      The responsibilities of the role will include:

      • Acting as the first line of contact for our top 10 partners/resellers, take full ownership of issues and opportunities.
      • Availability and flexibility towards the partners.
      • Setting up account/growth plans, quarterly business reviews and internal alignment sessions, with the aim to turn these partners into Travelcard advocates.
      • Guaranteeing contract execution of existing partnership/reseller contracts (invoicing, fees, internal alignment, kickbacks, reporting, etc)
      • Strategic growth and development, support the offering of new services to top 10 resellers/customers in close partnership with Business Development, including business case and modelling.
      • Setting up internal and external reporting around the partner/reseller’s performance.
      • Organizing well-structured cross-functional alignment for internal decision-making process.
      • Continuously monitoring and analysing partnership performance, adapting strategies to maximize benefits and support terms negotiations.
      • Owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from strategy and growth to execution, governance and internally aligned long-term value creation.
      • Stakeholder management.

      Qualifications & Skills

      • Dutch native speaking.
      • HBO+ level education.
      • Profound industry knowledge in B2B fuel cards and/or electric vehicle charging solutions is highly preferred.
      • 4+ years of experience in relevant fields like partner management, account management, sales and or business support.
      • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to oversee, prioritize and effectively balance a wide range of different and often competing requirements.
      • Commercial acumen: understanding of how we and our partners earn their revenue.
      • High sense of urgency, flexibility, ownership and follow-through on whatever you tackle.
      • Strong skills to create high quality internal presentation decks.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
